When you make a purchase of any products available, you agree to the standerd set up fee, which is your deposit. if at any
time you decide not to continue with the package or for any reason you change your mind, the deposit is non refundable.
All works by Cutler Creative will have the software name at the bottom of the page located in the footer panel such as
‘made with Xara’and our compant name. This is not a large amount of text and it is very small; this is only for copyright
protection.
After any website is completed, we normally expect full payment before publishing your website. if you decide not to
purchase our management system and you wish to update your website yourself, you take full responsibility for any
problems you may encounter and we are no longer responsible for updating, repairing, or changing your website
whatsoever. Cutler Creative will upload your website at the earliest working and functioning point, any futher changes will
be made at your request, after the website is online. we cannot be held responsible for any problems the web hosting
provider may encounter.
Before work is started we will require text information, images etc you wish to be displayed within the website, including
Website style, font style, and any other information required for the site. It must be noted that any inappropriat content,
images etc will NOT be allowed on your website. This will be at the discretion of Cutler Creative Designs. All images, text,
audio, and video must be usable for online use and of your own making. Cutler Creative Designs cannot be held
responsible for checking for copyright infringemen on any information given.
With our management system we will maintain your wrbsite for a monthly fee, dependent upon complexity of changes.
Monthly updating fees may change over time, dependent upon the web hosting provider, as the upkeep of the site includes
the web hosting price.
Domain names cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as this is not associated with Cutler Creative, and is provided
by the web hosing company.
Once a domain name has been chosen, this cannot be changed without incurring futher costs.
Each domain name has a different cost associated with it, for example, anything with .co.uk carries a fee of approximately
£10. Some domain names are free of charge and this will be discussed with the client during the ‘set up’ process.
In the event you encounter a problemwith the web hosting provider, Cutler Creative Designs,cannot be held responsible for
any problems associated with domain names, loss of earnings etc, and as such these issues must be addressed to the web
